The Birth.

1990's were a tough time for Los Santos as the huge riots destroyed the streets, breaking apart friendships and creating rivalries within the same neighborhoods.
Dwayne Price, Dedricks father was one of the OG's from a gang called Grove St Killers, a gang that represented brown and had been disturbed and inflamed
by the innercity riots. The gang had started to turn on itself creating a mass homicide on people within the gang and also innocent passers-by in the neighborhood.
At this time Dedrick was only 2 years old (1990).

(28th June 1990)Dwayne had just been walking to his car with his son Dedrick, when a car full of masked men drove by and opened up fire with Mac 10 machine guns and pistols.
Dwayne had been shot 64 times spead from his head to toe, remarkably Dedrick had only been hit once... The bullet had just clipped his eye leaving a herrific scar
and left him on the floor crying while Dwayne his father was pronounced dead at the scene. Dwayne and Dedrick were later found by his neighbour Terell Brown (Drey Browns Father).
Terell took Dedrick into his home and rung an ambulance while Dwayne was left outside in a blood bath.
Dwayne's funeral was later that week, only Five people attended, Dedrick, Terell Brown, Drey Brown and Two Police officers.

Late 1990's.
The riots had died down, Grove St. was an insecure neighborhood in which was over-run by drug dealers and illegal crimes such as Prostitution, since there was no gang to take control.
Dedrick was around 8-9 years old when he used to play on the block, pretending to be a Grove St. Killer. Him and his next door neighbours child, Drey were really close friends always getting up to no good, they even used to speak to the local Drug dealers, they didnt do anything as they were only children.

2000, a new Era.
When Dedrick and Drey reached the age of 15-19 years of age, they had become involved with illegal crimes and violence, they had robbed stores, jacked cars, sold drugs, done anything
to gain social respect and status.
At the end of the Ganton blocks, there was a group of men, wearing Black bandana's and rags, they had their face covered, and hands covered, there was NO skin to be seen, they could be white, brown or black.
Dedrick and Drey approached the crowd promoting the thought of buying drugs, none of the group had replied as they stood there staring at Dedrick and Drey.
There was a very distinctive voice from the back of the group saying "King them"...
The group had pounced into an unfair brawl on Dedrick and Drey beating them to the floor, knocking them both unconsious.... The group then fled the scene in a Tahoma leaving three small items on Dedricks body.

A note was read to Dedrick as he came round from being unconsious... "You have earned this, you have grown into what i had left you, you will run this place now as a King, not a Killer, Take this Bandana as it was once mine, it is not yours, cherish this and keep it with you at all times... I know you will think of me every day, just remember im always here for you, spiritually. I love you. *Signed: Dwayne. Dated: 27th June, 1990.*

Dedrick had woken up to Drey sat next time him against a wall reading the letter holding a Brown Bandana in his hand, with a Shank Knife in the other...
